The ProLehre Onboarding initiated by the HyteQ project is designed to prepare new instructors at TUM for their teaching tasks. The course is in English, fully online, with a mix of Live Sessions and Self-Study Phases, and is offered by ProLehre | Media and Didactics.
Target Group
The target groups of this program are new lecturers at TUM, especially doctoral and postdoctoral candidates (not professors). If you are a professor at TUM, please share this information with your teaching staff, as the ProLehre Onboarding course may be of interest to some of them.

At the end of this program the participants are able to
- implement success factors for teaching and learning
- describe what teaching tasks they may encounter in the upcoming semester.
- identify concrete steps for their professional teaching development.
