Blended learning combines the best aspects of face-to-face teaching with online learning. It is a highly customizable method that can be modified to support a broad range of subjects, as well as a range of instructor personalities. This course focuses on how best to incorporate digital tools into the following educational domains: (1) course design, (2) knowledge sharing, (3) communication, (4) collaboration, and (5) evaluation. Special focus will be on tools and apps provided by TUM.
Participants should bring their own laptop to the meeting.
6 units will be awarded in total, 2 of which are acquired independently and asynchronously (through videos and a short assignment), starting two days before the meeting, and 4 units are acquired through an in-person meeting.
